Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa Riviera Maya, Riviera Maya

I had a somewhat mixed experience at the Grand Palladium. While I found the food to be quite good and the pool area enjoyable, I was really let down by the outdated rooms and the rocky beach. The staff did their best to maintain the beach despite the seaweed issues, but overall, it did not live up to my expectations based on the reviews I read before my stay.

We had a fabulous time at the Grand Palladium Colonial, enjoying its beautiful setting amidst tropical gardens and efficient, hardworking staff. The resort offered a solid selection of dining options, but the food was not the five-star quality we expected, and the room experience had its ups and downs. Overall, it’s a delightful place to relax, but the value might not suit everyone, especially those who aren't big fans of all-inclusive stays.
